MP9 | Hot Rod is a Mil-Spec Grade SMG skin from the ESL One Cologne 2014 Mirage Souvenir Package. The “Hot Rod” finish is applied to the MP9. No key is required to open this container.

The MP9 costs $1,250 and fires at 857 RPM, the fastest rate of any SMG in Counter-Strike 2. It's the CT-side anti-eco weapon of choice, shredding unarmored opponents at close range with its $600 kill reward.

MP9 | Hot Rod has a float range of 0.00 to 0.08 and is available in 2 wear conditions. In CS2, the float value is permanent — set at drop time and unchangeable. It controls how scratched or clean a skin looks within its wear tier. Extreme floats carry significant premiums: 0.00x copies are prized for their clean look, while 0.999x Battle-Scarred copies like the iconic AWP Asiimov "Blackiimov" are collector's items. Some skins are float-capped and cannot exist in certain wear conditions.

This skin has a Souvenir variant. Souvenir skins drop from souvenir packages earned during Major tournaments and feature gold stickers from the event. They cannot have StatTrak and are generally rarer than standard versions.
