About Case Calc

Case Calc is a free Counter-Strike 2 unboxing cost calculator and case opening simulator. It covers every openable container in CS2 including weapon cases, sticker capsules, souvenir packages, and Armory collections, with prices from Steam Community Market and CSFloat, plus supplementary data from Skinport, Buff163, and YouPin.

How This Started

Back in 2023, me and some friends wanted to do a big case opening together. We were trying to figure out what it would actually cost to open like 200 cases across a bunch of different containers, and there wasn't really a good way to do that. So I built a calculator for it. Other people started using it too, so I kept adding to it. The simulator came later, then pricing from other marketplaces, and it's kept growing from there.

The Calculator

Pick whatever containers you want to open, set how many of each, and it tells you the total cost. Keys are factored in automatically. You can share your plan as a URL and bring it into the simulator.

The Simulator

Uses the actual CS2 drop rates. You can open cases one at a time with the reel animation, run auto-opens, or bulk simulate thousands at once. There's also freeplay where you pick multiple cases and just keep opening them back to back. It tracks your session stats (profit, loss, best drops) and you can simulate an entire plan from the calculator.

Prices

Updated every 6 hours from Steam Community Market and CSFloat, with additional data from Skinport, Buff163, and YouPin. Third-party marketplace data comes from CSROI. Supports 160+ currencies. No account needed.
