M4A4 | Converter is a Mil-Spec Grade rifle skin from the Copenhagen 2024 Inferno Souvenir Package. The “Converter” finish is applied to the M4A4. No key is required to open this container.

The M4A4 is the CT workhorse at $2,900, firing at 666 RPM but unable to one-tap through helmet. It's the most popular CT rifle in competitive play. The M4A4 Howl became the only Contraband-rarity skin in the game after a DMCA copyright takedown, with copies reaching $10,000+.

M4A4 | Converter has a float range of 0.00 to 0.40 and is available in 4 wear conditions. In CS2, the float value is permanent — set at drop time and unchangeable. It controls how scratched or clean a skin looks within its wear tier. Extreme floats carry significant premiums: 0.00x copies are prized for their clean look, while 0.999x Battle-Scarred copies like the iconic AWP Asiimov "Blackiimov" are collector's items. Some skins are float-capped and cannot exist in certain wear conditions.
